We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of US$ 5,50 for standard deliveries within North America. For orders over US$ 150, shipping is free. Please check the checkout page for any country-specific shipping adjustments.
Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, we process it typically within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within US & Canada takes approx. 1-5 business days. For more distant locations or during peak periods, please allow up to 7-10 business days.
Yes – once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel.
We process orders very quickly, so if you need to change the delivery address please contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
